Why so many product tests go nowhere
You find it when everyone has it
By the time a product is all over your feed, plenty of stores already sell it and you arrive late.
Reviews don’t tell you about orders
A product page full of stars says nothing about how much it sells. You end up paying for ads just to find out.
You copy an ad that was already switched off
You model your video on one you liked, without knowing if the store kept it live or killed it after a few days.
What you check before you spend on a test
Revenue range and visits
Products found in Meta ads come with an estimated monthly revenue range, monthly visits and the share of its ads in each country.
How long its ads have run
Open a product and see all its ads with days running, countries and format. An ad that stays live for weeks is one a store keeps paying for.
The stores that sell it
See each store behind a product, its other best sellers, its traffic and whether it runs on Shopify, WooCommerce or a funnel builder.
New sellers as they show up
Follow a product keyword with Radar. It adds the new ads every day, so you notice when more stores start selling the same thing.
From product idea to test list
- 1
Pick a niche
Filter products by niche, country and estimated revenue, or search for the item you have in mind.
- 2
Check the ads behind it
Look at how many stores advertise it, for how long and in which countries.
- 3
Shortlist and compare
Save the products you want to test to a board and compare their store price week by week.
What to look at before you launch a product
| Look at | Why |
|---|---|
| Active ads and growth | Products that gain ads are being scaled by other stores. |
| Estimated revenue by month | Whether the product sells, and whether it is growing. |
| Market by country | Where it already sells, and where there is room. |
| Price week by week | What other stores charge, and when they change it. |
| Days running | Ads that keep running for weeks usually pay for themselves. |
Frequently asked questions
Are these guaranteed winning products?
No tool can promise that. What you get is evidence: products other stores keep advertising on Facebook and Instagram, with an estimated revenue range, so fewer of your tests are long shots.
Is it too late if many stores already sell a product?
Not always. Check its market by country. If most of its ads go to one country, there may be room in another where few stores run it yet.
Does it include TikTok products?
No. We only cover Meta ads, which means Facebook and Instagram. If a product that sells on TikTok also runs Meta ads, you will find it here.
Can I start without paying?
Yes. The free plan needs no card and shows limited results. Starter is $29 USD a month and Pro, the most popular plan, is $49 USD.
